The committal and cremation of Jack, for family only,

will take place at Walton Lea Crematorium at 1pm on Thursday, 5th March. 

This will be followed by a service of thanksgiving and celebration of Jack's life at

All will be welcome following this service at Statham Lodge Hotel.

Any donations in memory of Jack should be payable to St Rocco's Hospice.
